Refunds and cancellations

Last updated: 20 August 2026. These rules apply to Utilityhaven tech analysis training programs confirmed offline for seats at our Tan Binh studio or by video. This site does not take payments; refunds refer to fees you paid through the offline method we agreed when confirming your seat.

Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the person or organization that paid for the seat, with the confirmation email and payment reference. We assess eligibility against the timelines below.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel in writing (email to studio@utilityhaven.click) at least 7 full days before the first scheduled session for a full refund of program fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation.

Partial refund

Cancellations received between 6 days and 48 hours before the first session may receive a 50% refund of program fees paid, unless materials unique to your seat were already purchased with your approval.

No refund window

Cancellations inside 48 hours of the first session, no-shows, or departure after a session has started are not refundable for that program. Private coaching sessions cancelled inside 24 hours are charged in full.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits labeled non-refundable in your confirmation email.
• Printed worksheet packs or licensed templates already ordered for your cohort with your approval.
• Third-party room or platform fees already incurred for a private cohort you requested.

Work already started

If a multi-session program has begun, we refund only unused remaining sessions on a pro-rata basis when you cancel for documented medical or force-majeure reasons; otherwise remaining sessions follow the no-refund window above.

Rescheduling

You may request one free reschedule to another published cohort date if notice arrives at least 5 days before the first session and seats remain. Later reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the timelines above.

Deposits

Some private cohorts require a deposit to hold the room. Deposit terms appear in the confirmation. Non-refundable deposits are not returned when you cancel; refundable deposits follow the full-refund timeframe.

No-shows

If you miss a session without notice, that seat is forfeited for the missed block. Multi-session programs may continue for remaining days if you still wish to attend; missed blocks are not credited.

Refund process and timing

Email studio@utilityhaven.click with subject “Refund request”, your confirmation reference, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original offline payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

Exceptions

If Utilityhaven cancels a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra program fee. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with learning outcomes after you complete a program, though we welcome feedback for future cohorts.
